ZeroTrace Echo

Sensor Decoders

The tyre-pressure, weather and alarm sensors the ZeroTrace Echo can read.

Sensor Decoders

Alongside remotes, Echo reads a set of common sub-GHz sensors. The list below is exactly what Echo supports, no more, so you know what to expect. Echo is a focused tool, not a catch-all sensor receiver.

ToyotaSensor ID, tyre pressure, temperature, plus a raw status byte
FordSensor ID, tyre pressure, temperature (when the sensor marks it valid), plus a raw status byte
RenaultSensor ID, tyre pressure, temperature
Reading only, per wheel

Each TPMS sensor has its own fixed ID, so Echo shows one reading per wheel/sensor rather than a single per-car figure. There's no way to tell which physical wheel a given ID belongs to from the radio traffic alone.

What is not supported

Oregon Scientific, Bresser, wireless M-Bus, Honeywell and several other sensor brands are not supported. Echo reads tyre-pressure, weather and alarm-sensor traffic, but only the specific makes above, treat those lists as the real coverage rather than expecting every sensor on the band.

Live sensor readings stream to the app and stop when you disconnect.
