Under EU consumer law (CRD Art. 9 + 11a) you can withdraw from any order within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. Unshipped orders cancel instantly.

Find your order

Eight characters, usually written as 1234-5678. You'll find it at the top of the receipt email Stripe sent right after you paid (subject line normally starts with "Your receipt from" or "Your ZeroTrace receipt").
