ZeroTrace Desktop

ZeroTrace Desktop

The desktop operations center for your ZeroTrace hardware, connect a device over USB, run captures and direction finding, build your own apps, and install signed tools from the Hub.

ZeroTrace Desktop

ZeroTrace Desktop is the control center for your ZeroTrace hardware. You connect a device with a USB cable, and Desktop gives you a full-screen workspace to scan and capture, find a signal by direction, link devices together, build and run your own apps for the device, and install ready-made tools from a signed Hub. It runs on your computer, not in a browser tab, and it keeps your work on your machine.

Where the ZeroTrace mobile app pairs with a device wirelessly over Bluetooth for use in the field, Desktop connects over a cable for a stationary, larger-screen workflow: more room to read a capture, a code editor for building automations, and version history for the apps you write.

One workspace, many devices

Desktop recognizes which device you plugged in and changes its layout to match. Plug in an AirLeak Pro and you get the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capture views; plug in an Echo and you get the sub-GHz views instead. You do not pick a mode, Desktop reads the device and shows the right tools.

Which devices Desktop drives

Desktop is built for the ZeroTrace devices that connect over a cable: AirLeak Pro and AirLeak Core, and Echo. The rest of the ZeroTrace line is driven from the mobile app.

Authorized use only

Desktop drives hardware that captures and interacts with wireless environments. Only use it against networks, devices, and signals you own or have explicit written permission to assess. You are responsible for staying within the law and your engagement's scope.
