The USBLogger is reviewed live in a web browser over the device's own Wi-Fi. There is no app to install and no account to create.
Opening the live view
Connect to the device's Wi-Fi
Join the USBLogger's Wi-Fi network from a phone or laptop, using the device-specific password.
Open the interface
Browse to the device's address. After your license unlocks it, the interface opens with tabs for the live view, calibration, flagging, files, and settings.
Watch the stream
Keystrokes typed on the connected keyboard appear in the live view as they happen, decoded into readable text using your selected layout.
What you see
- A running list of what was typed during the current session.
- Lines matching your keywords or patterns are highlighted so they stand out. See Keyword & pattern flagging.
Access control
The interface is protected two ways: the Wi-Fi network has a per-device password, and the review pages require a valid ZeroTrace license. Both are needed to open the live view. See Licensing.
